Nestled on a hillside in Sausalito California, the Casa Madrona Hotel offers 63 rooms, meeting rooms that can accommodate up to 150 guests and a terrific restaurant, Poggio by famed restaurateur Larry Mindel. Casa Madrona is a member of California Historic Country Inns and has hosted travelers since 1885. In June 2002 Casa Madrona unveiled an extensive property renovation. Phytomer products are used throughout what is now one of the few full-service day spas located in Marin County. In-room amenities also include mini-bar, coffeemaker, Sony Dream Machines with CD player, ceiling fans, heating, cable TV, phones (local call charge applies), desk with data ports, hairdryer, make-up mirrors, bathrobes, irons / ironing boards. The Avanyu Spa is a well-regarded RockResort product providing world-class body and skin treatments at most of its resorts. At the heart of the expansion is the Avanyu Spa. Guests and visitors to the Casa Madrona can enjoy this full-service day spa that features a manicure/pedicure room, facial room, five massage rooms and a wet treatment room.
